Registration can be made either through manual registration.
Registration Fee is Rs.500/- only
All fields in the Registration form are mandatory.
For Manual registration, download the Form and send the completed form along with the DD to the Office address. The confirmation of the registration will be send from the office after receiving the application form and the DD. Download Form
The DD of Rs. 500/- may be taken in the name of "Alumni Association, KLE Institute of Nursing Sciences" payable at Dandeli.
